We collect a range of personal data including name, phone number, email address, company/organisation name, address, brief/relevant medical information relating to the experience, feedback, comments and questions received from you in service-related communications and activities (booking forms, online enquiry form, etc)

All of the personal data processed by us is held within the UK. 

 

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

We also use Google platforms for our booking processes and their privacy information can be found in its entirety at https://policies.google.com/privacy

 

Some personal data may be held in paper and electronic format but will always be managed in a safe and secure manner.  We store personal data for as long as we find it necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, while also considering our need to answer your queries or resolve problems and ensuring that we comply with legal requirements under any applicable laws.   This means that we may retain your data for a reasonable period of time after your last interaction with us.  When the personal data that we collected is no longer required, we will delete it or dispose of it in a secure manner.  In the instance of data being obtained through consent, this will be retained indefinitely.  You can, of course, withdraw your consent at any time.

 

There are instances when we process the data for quantitative purposes but the data is autonomised and no personal attributes remain.


We will ensure that there are effective safeguards and systems in place to ensure that personal information is held safely and securely.
